Job Description
Zevpoint is looking for energetic and passionate HR Executives to support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career graduates to kick-start their HR career while working in the dynamic and growing electric vehicle (EV) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and handle candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding process and maintain accurate HR records.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and general HR operations.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to understand hiring requirements and assist in workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
(Preferred: MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BA) - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and team building
Nice-to-Have:
