Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns based on audit outputs.
- Aggregate audit data based on findings and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and VBA.
- Use basic statistics and distributions to detect patterns in data and identify issues.
- Work with Support Engineers/Developers to diagnose errors, fix issues, and prevent recurrence.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable, objective feedback based on data.
- Create and maintain process documentation and assist in knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts, and mentor new recruits.
- Demonstrate a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering on time.
- Manage and prioritize work assignments effectively to meet deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience writing SQL queries and using Macros.
