As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. You will navigate multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently. All Customer Care Coordinators must communicate professionally and conversationally while using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. To exceed our customers’ expectations, our associates must be punctual, reliable, solution-oriented, act with integrity, and remain dedicated to making a difference.
