Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and familiarize yourself with our platform, Recruit CRM, and understand the recruitment business.
  • Handle client queries through chat, email, and video calls to gain hands-on experience.
  • Understand and communicate customer needs effectively to the team.
  • Solve user challenges by providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
  • Build and nurture client relationships.
  • Continuously strive to deliver exceptional service.

Training:

Structured Onboarding:

  • Complete a structured 6-month Internship and training program with mentorship during the final 6-8 months of college.
  • Upon successful completion of the program and college graduation, transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Who Should Apply?

  • Fresh graduates or postgraduates of 2024/2025 in fields such as B.Com, BA, BBA, M.Com, MA, MBA, or similar.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A basic understanding of the SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Candidates with excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, analytical, presentation, and documentation skills.

Compensation, Benefits, and Work Timing:

  • Training Stipend (6 months): INR 12,000/month for 42.5 hours of work per week (8.5 hours per day).
  • Post-Training (Full-Time) Salary: INR 500,000 p.a. Base Salary + INR 100,000 Performance Pay (quarterly).
  • Additional Allowance: Extra allowance for those working US shifts (20-50% of your base pay, depending on the exact shift).
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Post-training benefits include health insurance, paid leaves, and more.
  • ARR Linked Performance Bonus Program: After completing one year as an employee, you will become eligible for this program, with bonuses up to 100% of your base salary. The bonus amount and program inclusion are determined at the management’s discretion and announced annually on January 1st. Typically, 40-50% of the team qualifies for this performance-based bonus, with bonuses ranging from 20% to 100% of the base salary.

Shift Details:

After completing the 6-month training period (during which you will work the Europe shift), you will be assigned one of the following core shifts as a full-time employee:

  • Europe: Noon – 10 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Asia Pacific: 6 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Half North America: 4 pm – 2 am, Monday to Friday
  • Full North America: 8 pm – 6 am, Monday to Friday
  • Middle East: 10 am – 8 pm, Sunday to Thursday
