Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn our platform, Recruit CRM, and gain a deep understanding of the recruitment business.
  • Handle client queries via chat, email, and video calls to gain experience.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate them to the team.
  • Solve user challenges by providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Uphold communication guidelines and procedures to maintain professionalism.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Training:

  • Structured Onboarding: Undergo a 7.5-month internship and training program, with mentorship during the last 6-8 months of college. Upon successful completion and college graduation, transition to a full-time role based on your performance and business needs.

Who Should Apply?

  • Fresh graduates/post-graduates of 2024/2025 in fields like B.Com, BA, BBA, M.Com, MA, MBA, or similar.
  • English proficiency in both written and spoken communication is essential.
  • Candidates with a basic understanding of the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, analytical, presentation, and documentation skills are required.

Compensation, Benefits, and Work Timing:

  • Training Stipend (7.5 months): INR 12,000/month for working 42.5 hours per week (8.5 hours a day).
  • Post-Training (Full-Time) Salary: INR 500,000 p.a. Base Salary + INR 100,000 Performance Pay (quarterly).
  • Extra allowance for people working in US shifts (20-50% of base pay depending on the exact shift).
  • Comprehensive benefits post-training, including health insurance, paid leaves, and more.
  • After completing one year, you will be eligible for the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Linked Performance Bonus Program. This bonus can be up to 100% of your base salary, based on performance, with bonuses ranging from 20% to 100%.
  • Shift Details (Post-Training):
    • Europe Shift: Noon to 10 pm, Monday to Friday.
    • Asia Pacific Shift: 6 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
    • Half North America Shift: 4 pm to 2 am, Monday to Friday.
    • Full North America Shift: 8 pm to 6 am, Monday to Friday.
    • Middle East Shift: 10 am to 8 pm, Sunday to Thursday.
      (Shift availability depends on business needs.)
