Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to U.S.-based insurance companies to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.
- Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards.
- Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality assurance.
- Resolving routine inquiries using pre-established guidelines.
- Conducting routine research on customer inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, as well as the products, services, and processes used by the team.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled night shifts:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM
(Shift timings may change based on client requirements. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.) - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using a Windows PC and related applications (keyboard use, screen navigation, learning new software).
- 0–6 months of experience in a customer service role involving phone or written communication in English.
- 0–6 months of experience applying business rules to different situations to make decisions.
Additional Notes:
All new hires must successfully complete orientation and process training and demonstrate proficiency in the material.
