Job Description:
- Sourcing potential Candidates through job fairs, job portals ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc.
- Ability to screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
- Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
- Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
- Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
Eligibility :
- Chennai based Female candidates only.
- Any Graduates/ PG in HR
- Freshers with a passion for HR Recruitment
- Candidates with experience (1 year) as a HR Recruiter will be considered
- Exposure to BPO/ITES Recruitments would be an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
- Ability to speak in any other regional language (Hindi, Telugu , Kannada or Malayalam) will be an added advantage.
