Must Have:
- Good Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

- Compliance with Organizational Policies: Must be willing to adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
- Work From Office: Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Must be a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., BBA, B.Com, BSc, B.A) from the 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 batches.
- Degree Certification: Candidates should have completed their degree from any AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Government-approved institute.
- Degree Certificate: Must possess a valid passing degree certificate.
- Basic Understanding: Candidates should have a basic understanding of the skill related to the role (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, etc.).
- Certifications/Specializations: Any relevant certification or specialization would be an added advantage.
- Japanese Language Knowledge: Certification in Japanese language will be a plus.
- NATS Registration: Must not be registered on the NATS portal with any other organization, nor have worked as an apprentice in the past.
