Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and fast-learning individual to support our SEO team with day-to-day operational and documentation tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, process, and working with data, and is excited to learn the foundations of Technical SEO on the job.

You don’t need prior SEO experience — just strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow and improve processes.

What you’ll do

1. Content Production Support

Create structured content briefs based on internal guidelines.
Prepare keyword lists, basic page outlines, and reference notes for writers.
Track brief statuses and update content delivery sheets.

2. Documentation & Process

Maintain MoMs (Minutes of Meetings) for SEO team discussions and syncs.
Update and create SOPs, checklists, and workflow documents.
Version-control documents and ensure they are always up to date.

3. Reporting Tasks

Prepare weekly and monthly team reports.
Monitor and update trackers for content, technical tasks, and QA.
Support routine tasks such as link checks, upload checks, formatting, etc.

4. Cross-Team Coordination

Work alongside writers, editors, and the tech team to get tasks completed.
Ensure deadlines are met by following up and keeping trackers accurate.

Experience with documentation-heavy roles (internships included).
