Job Description
We are looking for a Process Executive – HC with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in MS Excel and domain experience in Provider and Payer. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and analysis using MS Excel to support healthcare processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle provider and payer-related tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all activities.
- Provide support for various healthcare projects as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel.
