  • Excellent Conversational and Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • For English, the level required is above (B2).
  • Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Typing skills (Chat/Email: 35 wpm).
