Job Description

The role plays an important part in the organization by supporting more senior service delivery professionals. This position involves tasks of limited complexity and provides the opportunity to gain foundational experience with service desk processes and procurement services. The role also supports achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Service Delivery Support
- Provides procurement services as defined within the service delivery scope.
- Supports delivery of procurement-related services to the business.
- Maintains a proactive and professional approach towards internal clients and stakeholders.
Process and Compliance
- Demonstrates understanding of processes and procedures relevant to the procurement and service delivery function.
- Ensures daily activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintains process compliance within the assigned work scope.
- Understands and adheres to overall procurement policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Interaction
- Has basic knowledge of the stakeholder landscape within the assigned work perimeter.
- Responds to client requests and queries in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Knowledge Building and Collaboration
- Builds knowledge and gains experience across various procurement and service delivery domains.
- Understands the procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
- Develops a basic understanding of cross-functional work.
- Actively contributes to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Continuous Improvement
- Participates in process improvement initiatives and contributes ideas for improving operational quality and efficiency.
- Identifies and reports areas for improvement, subject to approval by senior professionals.
