Job Description:

GET/DET – WALK-IN Interview

Role & responsibilities :

  • Operating machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Handling components in Press shop, Heat treatment, CNC, Thread Rolling & packing sections.
  • Performing visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Supporting line supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
  • Reporting any process deviations or equipment issues promptly.
  • Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Participating in 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Basic understanding of mechanical operations and tools

2. Ability to read and follow work instructions

3. Familiarity with inspection gauges (vernier, micrometer, etc.)

STIPEND for GET /DET

B.E Stipend Rs.17,500/- & Attendance Bonus Rs.1,000/- for 26 days present, Rs.500/- for 20~25 days present.

Diploma Stipend Rs.16,000/- & Attendance Bonus Rs.1,000/- for 26 days present, Rs.500/- for 20~25 days present.
