Job Description
- Provide handover and takeover of shifts to ensure smooth transition and continuity in operations.
- Monitor vehicle tracking on Moveinsync for on-time arrivals.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on associates’ inquiries and transportation-related issues.
- Communicate employee delays to the Business Unit (BU) via email in unavoidable situations.
- Inform employees in case of vehicle delays and ensure proper login/logout updates.
- Maintain and update employee contact numbers and other relevant details in Moveinsync.
- Record complete details of service requests from associates and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain a 24-hour transport help desk to receive and respond to transport inquiries received via phone, email, and in person.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations and logistics for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and manage transportation schedules and routes to optimize performance.
- Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all transportation operations.
- Supervise and manage transportation staff and drivers to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
