Job Description
The Associate Analyst is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet the needs of our clients requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.
Service Agreement:
- 12 Months of Service Agreement
Work Location:
- Chennai
Shift Timings:
- 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM or 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Shift allocation will depend on business requirements)
Mode of Technical Interview:
- Face-to-Face (at the Wipro office in Chennai)
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and Mainframe principles/concepts
- Proficient in writing intermediate SQL queries (both Simple and Complex)
- Familiarity with the principles of automation testing; exposure to testing automation tools is desirable
- Knowledge of system testing, software quality assurance best practices, and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable components
- Basic understanding of relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL, DB2 queries)
Communication and Excellence:
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
- Ability to share information clearly, both in writing and speaking
