- Diligently follow up with insurance companies via phone and email to check the status of applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enrollment activities.
- Review and verify provider credentials to ensure they meet payer requirements.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and US-based contacts.
