The program of recruitment offers a variety of levels of roles that are based on experience and performance in the assessment. The updated compensation plan for each job is as follows:
- Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee) – INR 21 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee) – INR 16 LPA
- Specialist Programmers L1 (Trainee) – INR 10 LPA, plus the joining bonus of INR 1 lakh
- Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee) – INR 6.25 LPA, plus the joining bonus of INR 75,000
