Job Description:

iEnergizer is hiring for the position of Technical Support Executive (L1 / L2) at its Perungalathur, Chennai location. This is a full-time role within the BPO Technical Support process, open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The position offers a day shift schedule only, making it ideal for individuals seeking regular working hours. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, chats, and emails, providing basic troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Candidates will also be required to run simple SQL queries for data validation, accurately log support tickets, and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 support team. The role follows standard scripts and procedures to efficiently address common technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails for technical assistance.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Execute basic SQL queries for data lookup and validation.
  • Log tickets accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team.
  • Follow scripts and SOPs to resolve repetitive issues efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: BCA, BSc CS/IT, BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCom ISM
  • Language: Fluency in English with Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam, or Sinhala (any one)
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior L1/L2 technical support experience preferred
