Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fresher or experienced in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should have good grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation).
- Only immediate joiners.
- Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
- Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 22 WPM and 85% accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
