Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, delivery status, and app-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems for customers, restaurant partners, and delivery drivers in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Provide empathetic and clear communication to ensure a positive experience for all parties.
