Job Description

  • Perform timely and accurate reconciliation between two sets of data, both manually on a spreadsheet or using an application.
  • Investigate and identify the root cause of cash and transaction discrepancies, including position mismatches.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as debit/credit entries, NAV (Net Asset Value), market value, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with trade allocations, reporting, and settlements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage holdings and reconciliation of all trade settlements and communicate discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • Provide timely trade reporting to FA (Fund Accounting) and Custody.
  • Handle trade settlements for various securities including fixed income securities, equity, money markets, etc.
  • Collaborate with Dealers and Fund Managers to address queries related to cash flow and the complete trade settlement process.
  • Administer daily cash flows for fund houses and report real-time cash positions to Fund Managers.
  • Proficient in Excel for data management and analysis.
