Job Description

This includes, but is not limited to:

Research and Evaluation: Research and evaluate facts surrounding seller transactions.
Action and Investigation: Take appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operating procedures and tools.
Documentation: Document actions by providing detailed annotations.
Customer Communication: Communicate with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
Internal Collaboration: Communicate with internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations, and phone during and following the investigation process.
Issue Resolution: Understand issues and make the best use of available resources to resolve them.
Escalation: Systematically escalate problems or variances in information to the relevant owners/teams according to processes and standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Analysis: Understand performance metrics to create analyses for driving business goals.
Productivity Targets: Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
