Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform Document Splitting Process and ensure accurate categorization.
- Move cover sheets and organize documents according to workflow procedures.
- Enter and update medical document data into databases with high accuracy.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare and draft emails for communication as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth data management operations.
- Perform quality checks on data entry outputs to ensure correctness and completeness.
Requirements:
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM).
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in email drafting and basic computer operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Undergraduate (UG): Any Graduate (B.A., B.Sc., B.B.A., B.Com, B.C.A., etc.)
- Postgraduate (PG): M.B.A. or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)
