Job Responsibilities
- Meet day-to-day process targets and service level agreements (SLAs) for customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to client-assigned shift timings, including night shifts and 24×7 availability.
- Follow governance and compliance protocols established with the client.
- Perform transactions accurately as per prescribed guidelines and within set timelines.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts, including night shifts (24×7).
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in work methods or systems for improved performance.
- Basic knowledge of Mortgage processes is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domain is a plus.
- Must have completed at least 15 years of formal education.
- Open only to candidates who have graduated between 2022 and 2025.
