Graduate Commercial Trainee

We are looking to hire young, dynamic, and aspiring minds who are currently in their final year of undergraduate studies from the following streams:

  • B.Com
  • BBA/BBM
  • B.Sc – Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics
  • B.A – Material Management

As a Graduate Commercial Trainee, candidates will have the opportunity to be trained in various functions including Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management, and Time Office, depending on the function they are assigned to. Training Details:

  • Training Period: 12 months of on-the-job training from the date of joining.

Compensation:

  • Office Based Posting: Rs. 3,00,000/- CTC per year
  • Project Site Based Posting: Rs. 3,57,000/- CTC per year

Who Can Apply?

  • Current Final Year Undergraduate Students: Candidates who are in their final year of undergraduate studies in the specified streams, and are expected to graduate in April/May 2025 from a recognized Indian University.
  • Academic Requirements: Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to the 4th Semester in their under-graduation.
  • Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
  • Backlogs/Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during under-graduation. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper that is not cleared in the first attempt will be considered a backlog.
  • Age: Candidates born between 1st July 2002 and 30th June 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
  • Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
  • Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by the company’s Chief Medical Officer.

Diploma Engineer Trainee:

Diploma engineering students of 2025 pass out from recognized institutes for the following streams.

Eligibility Guidelines:

  • Academics: Applicants must have completed a 3-year/6-semester diploma course (full-time) after SSC or equivalent/HSC examination and should have achieved a minimum aggregate of 60%. Those with any Graduation in Engineering/Science/Arts, either before or after their diploma, are not eligible to apply.
  • Students expecting to complete their diploma by 30th June 2025 are eligible, but sandwich courses are not accepted.
  • Mode of Study: Only full-time diploma students are eligible. Candidates studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
    Back-Logs/Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during the under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper that appears and is not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
