Job Description
- Provide business process and technical support for Ecolab’s OnBase and Concur deployed solutions
- Develop, test, and deploy modifications to system configurations
- Timely resolve ServiceNow tickets (workflow, user access, etc.)Create and support online user reporting capabilities
- Provide integration support across connected systems
- Complete recurring security and change management auditing
- Support required SOx audit testing and formal control submissions
- Team member supporting system upgrades, patching, and other vendor capability releases
- Focus on implementing and managing strong security controls
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems and processes
