We are looking for a candidate who has a basic understanding of Networking (Router, LAN, WAN, Switches…) to handle the telecom domain for handling the customer queries.

Role & responsibilities

  • Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues
  • Should be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts – 9.5 hour working
