Key Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and launch innovative products and services.
Design and develop advanced technologies in a large-scale distributed computing environment, helping lead industry-wide innovation.
Build and implement predictive solutions on distributed systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies at massive scale and speed.
Develop scalable, fault-tolerant, cost-efficient storage, indexing, and querying systems that are easy to manage and use.
Translate broadly defined problems into clear technical solutions and write high-quality code to implement them.
Work in an agile, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-impact software solutions.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proficiency or familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including:

- Algorithm design and analysis
- Data structures
- Problem solving
- Time and space complexity analysis

Comfortable working with ambiguous or undefined problems, and capable of thinking abstractly and strategically.
Previous experience through technical internships or academic projects.
Knowledge of distributed systems, multi-tiered architecture, and relational databases.
Background in optimization techniques, including linear and nonlinear programming.
Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
