Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding and Analyzing Business Requirements:
    • Work closely with both business and IT teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for IT systems and applications.
    • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and document user stories and use cases to ensure clear understanding.
  2. Facilitating Communication Between Business and IT Teams:
    • Serve as the bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the development and implementation of IT solutions.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
  3. System Design and Implementation:
    • Design and implement IT solutions that meet the business needs.
    • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to define system architecture, database designs, and integrations with existing systems.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Involved in testing IT systems to ensure that they meet business requirements and are free from defects.
    • Create test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and ensure that systems are reliable and performant.
  5. User Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and applications.
    • Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and offer ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the systems by business users.
  6. Business Process Documentation and Improvement:
    • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
    • Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Collaboration with Technical Teams:
    • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.
