Job Description

As a Software Developer, you will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and support. You’ll create high-performing, highly available, and maintainable applications that support clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to build innovative and scalable solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analytical Problem-Solving & Solution Enhancement:
Analyze and validate existing issues, propose improvements, and work closely with architects and technical leaders to enhance system reliability.
End-to-End Development Participation:
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle—design, coding, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting—while ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Innovative Development:
Conduct key discussions with stakeholders, understand the current technical landscape, and develop creative coding solutions to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required & Preferred)
- Final year BE/BTech students (graduating in 2026) in any of the following Computer Science/IT specializations:
  - CSE, AIML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.
- Minimum 6.0 CGPA / 60% aggregate
- No active backlogs
Technical Skills:
- Programming knowledge in at least one of the following: Java, C++, Python, Node.js
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Flexible to work remotely from any location in India

Preferred Experience:

Collaborative and adaptive mindsetuitment targets.
Engineering background with practical problem-solving ability
Exposure to real-world software projects or academic mini-projects
