Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Calling insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to inquire about claim status.
- Follow-up with insurance companies to check the status of outstanding claims.
- Receive payment information if claims have been processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
- Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification is preferred.
Must Have:
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in US shifts.
Education:
- Any non-engineering graduate / Pharma / Nursing / Life-Sciences.
Good to Have:
- 0-0.6 years of experience in Revenue Cycle and Delivery Management.
