Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Support telecom systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via chat, addressing technical concerns and providing solutions.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor network systems to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance: Process system upgrades and perform regular maintenance tasks.
