Job Description:
Walk-in drive for International Chat Support – Telecom (0-3 years)
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy
- Promote and upsell products/services wherever applicable
- Ensure high-quality customer experience with timely responses
- Achieve sales and support targets
Requirements:
–Graduate in any stream
-Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required)
-Strong persuasion & sales aptitude
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred.
– Skills: – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Flexibility:
Willing to work in night shift. (2 Way Cab & Shift allowance will be provided)
