Hiring Freshers – BPO International Banking Process (KYC & AML)
In this Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Performing unwrapping of the shareholder details or the entities involved in the company
- Conducting investigations, collecting data, compiling documentation and evidence, maintaining accurate and detailed notes, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of reporting to clients
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs
- Identifying and resolving both regular and non-routine problems or escalating to Team Leader/Line Manager/Unit Head
- Observing the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received in the course of your responsibilities
- Using established tools and procedures to solve task-related problems, such as:
- Fact-finding
- Information search and gathering
- Verifying data
- Compilation
- Recognizing when there is insufficient information and bringing problems to the attention of the TL/Manager
- Monitoring and tracking resolution of issues
Requirements for This Role Include:
- Basic understanding of the KYC/CDD domain
- Ability to understand moderately complex transactions
- Ability to understand and interpret source documents
- Detail-oriented; ability to organize and multitask. Ability to make decisions
- Required computer skills: must have experience with data entry and word processing, possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications, and understand how to navigate through web-based applications
