Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Zoho Developer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our CRM and business solutions team to design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Zoho platform, including creating extensions and marketplace applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation.
  • Build and maintain custom functions using Deluge scripting.
  • Design and develop extensions and marketplace applications for Zoho using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party applications via APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Zoho applications.
  • Optimize processes and provide recommendations for automation.

Key Skills:

  • Strong coding knowledge in JavaScript, Node.js, and other programming languages.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, data structures, and JSON.
  • Experience with creating extensions or marketplace apps (preferred).
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi is preferred but not mandatory.
