A motivated self-starter who:
- Is passionate about excellent service.
- Is currently a fresher (with maximum 11 months work experience)
- Has basic knowledge of relevant regulations, and food services, environmental and safety codes and systems.
- Speaks and writes English with fluency.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and provide personalized service by incorporating hospitality at the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- This enthusiastic colleague will be working under mentorship to enhance colleague experience covering all food and non food areas at Gurgaon or Bengaluru.
- Complies with all GREWE and AXP Standard Operating Procedures or Policies.
- Comfortable working in multi-tasking environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Meet targeted timelines for task closures under the guidance of assigned mentors.
- Hospitality services including escorting of visitors / leadership
- Assisting meetings and events setup.
- Connecting with colleagues in cafeteria for gathering food feedback.
- Day to day operations of recreational spaces.
- Abide by all American Express blue box values.
- Partner closely with colleagues and WPE leadership to support colleague requirements.
- Be familiar with building safety, first aid, and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly. Required to work in all three shifts (Morning, Afternoon & Night) as per business requirements.
