Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Application Support Engineer with a solid Job Role: Fresher – Process Associate (Insurance/Verification)
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily tasks and additional assignments within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure speed and accuracy in handling verifications/claims, adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with zero escalations.
- Maintain punctuality and plan leaves responsibly to avoid disruption to business operations.
- Be adaptable and open to learning new processes, client requirements, and updates in workflow.
- Strictly follow all processes and procedures as per company and client guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills; contribute actively towards team success.
- Handle professional conversations with Insurance Representatives confidently.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach; be attentive to customer needs and work towards customer satisfaction.
