Job Summary:
We are looking for meticulous and enthusiastic graduates to join our editorial team as Copyediting Trainees. In this role, youll learn to refine and polish academic and professional content, ensuring clarity, grammar, and style accuracy while adhering to various style guides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit manuscripts for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and consistency.
- Ensure adherence to style guides such as APA, MLA, or Chicago.
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Continuously develop language editing and subject matter knowledge through training.
- Conduct fact-checking and ensure content accuracy
- Maintain and evolve internal style guides and editorial standards
- Assist in editing and formatting digital content in XML for online platforms and publications
Desired Candidates:
- Science Graduates from 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 passed out (no standing arrears) are preferred
