  • The Records Retrieval Specialist is responsible for

1. Retrieving,

2. Verifying, and

3. Aligning patient medical records from various source paths and

4. Electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • This role ensures that all retrieved records are completed, correctly categorized, and aligned with given order for accurate documentation, billing, and compliance
